About This Opportunity
Our client is seeking a highly strategic and experienced HR Director to lead and evolve the company’s human resources function. This individual will play a key role in shaping company culture, building systems and teams, and driving talent strategies as the organization scales globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and align HR strategy with company goals and global expansion
- Own and optimize recruitment across all departments
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture
- Oversee performance management, coaching, and development planning
- Design and implement employee training programs and L&D initiatives
- Review and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure full legal compliance across employment and labor regulations
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives company-wide
- Support organizational development and change management
- Analyze HR metrics and report trends to leadership
Competencies
- Strategic thinking and ability to scale HR in a growth-stage company
- Deep understanding of HR compliance and international employment practices
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics and systems
Ideal Competencies
- 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in leadership
- Experience in clean energy, engineering, or manufacturing sectors preferred
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience leading HR through scale or international expansion
- Background in organizational development and employee engagement
