About the Opportunity
Do you have experience and success as an in-home sales rep? Are you tired of feeling like "just a number?" We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our clients growing team as a sales manager. Sales representatives educate clients on the benefits of solar and hydro energy solutions, close sales, and collaborate with our rapidly growing sales and operations team.
Responsibilities
- Provide our potential customers with detailed consultations
- Develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer.
- Qualify possible clients.
- Work with managers to keep a healthy pipeline
- Work cross-functionally between sales, the executive team, customer service, and the operations team.
- Intelligence with a powerful work ethic customer data.
Qualifications
- One year of successful sales experience, solar sales preferred but not required
- Professional appearance, attitude, and character
- Understanding of solar industry and marketplace, including solar site evaluations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Excellent communication skills
- Office computer skills
- Light marketing and collateral development skills
- PV, Electrical Construction/Contracting experience or knowledge a plus
- High energy level and work well in a team environment, but able to take initiative and follow-through
- The position requires a clean DMV report, maintenance of a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
Compensation
- W2 full-time opportunity
- Base Plus Commission. Average first year 80K+
